She observed voice therapy sessions by speech laryngeal pathologists and shadowed otolaryngologists to watch surgeries ranging from tonsil removal to lasering cancer cells. (She wasn’t just behind the glass screen either, she was in the room standing right next to the surgeon!) In addition to viewing vocal therapy sessions and surgical procedures, she has comprehensive vocal pedagogy training from her Master’s degree and certificate. Nadia has thoroughly studied physical anatomy for her own vocal study, as well as her private voice teaching. Nadia can put herself in a surgeon’s shoes to speak conversationally with your fellow medical professionals.

Have a multi-syllabic drug name that is difficult to pronounce? No worries! Nadia has plenty of practice pronouncing foreign words due to her operatic vocal training and language study. She has taken years of diction in languages like German, Spanish, and Russian and has minors in both French and Italian language. She is used to practicing words and breaking down syllables to make the word sound effortless for your video.

Are you presenting a new medical procedure to the world or wanting more views in different regions? Nadia’s multiple dialects and accents can help you get in touch with your patients and clients. Her variety of accents include British RP, British Indian, Indian, Trans-Atlantic/Mid-Atlantic, and Neutral English. If that’s not enough, she has tested her endurance to the limit with events like obstacle courses and Burpee 5ks. (No mistake, you read that correctly!)
